We take great care when delivering your furniture, and Kinetic Logistics (our skilled logistics partners) will arrange delivery with you in person once your order has been placed. Please note that at present, we only deliver within the UK. However if you require delivery to an EU Country, please Contact Us to discuss your requirements.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are based on item volume (ie total item size) rather than location and are split into three delivery bands. These are:

BAND ONE: Small sized items £15.00
BAND TWO: Medium sized items £23.00
BAND THREE: Large sized items £34.00
BAND FOUR: Extra large sized items £45.00

You can check the delivery cost before placing an order at the shopping basket page of the website. Just enter your address/postcode information and you’ll be given the delivery charge for the item(s) currently in your basket.

Additional important delivery points

PLEASE let our delivery department know in advance (ie when they first contact you after your order) if the room or location you require the item to be delivered to is in any way restricted or difficult to access.

It is also your sole responsibility to ensure in advance that the item will fit through/into the area or room you intend to place it in. All items have full dimensions included on the website so please check before ordering as if the driver is required to take the item back then you may be charged for that service

All items will require a proof of receipt signature. If no one is available to sign for the item, the courier will contact you (via the phone number given at order stage) to arrange for delivery. If no-one is available they will leave a card to say they tried to make a delivery where upon you can phone them and either arrange to collect from your local depot or arrange a second delivery attempt (which will be charged for additionally).
