Its really quick and simple to find the ideal piece of Wooden Furniture for your needs; just click on links from the homepage, use the main navigation bar across the top of the page or by typing in relevant search terms into the Search facility at the top right of any page.

You might find it helpful to select the room you are thinking of buying for (by choosing a category from the top level navigation bar eg) Living Room -> Wooden TV Cabinets) or using the links provided in the page footer. Once you have selected your chosen category then in the left hand column of that page you'll see a range of options to help narrow down your choices by price, furniture style, range, wood type and more.

Found some wooden furniture that you like?

Once you have found an item that you are interested in, click on it to review it in more detail or add to your shopping cart. In the product details screen you will be able to see a range of larger images of the product, combined with a description and recommendation of other, similar items.

Should you decide to buy any product simply click on the "Add to Cart" button" and it will be added to your shopping cart.

Free delivery on most UK orders

Our policy is to provide free delivery for most UK orders, and in the vast majority (99%) of orders we do just that. However, very occasionally need to add a surcharge to an order, generally if the destination area is one where we do not make many deliveries. You can see a map of the UK and where we have to add surcharges here. 

To find out if you are eligible for FREE DELIVERY, just add your delivery postcode into the "Eligible for FREE delivery?" box on the shopping cart page to see (as we say, 99% of UK postcodes are eligible for free delivery!). Alternatively, you can see the delivery charges (if any) during the checkout process.

Guest Checkout or Opening an Account?

We don't require you to register your details or open an account with us when you purchase; you can sail through our speedy one page checkout system in super fast time and we'll treat your order with all the care and attention it demands.

However, for those of you that would like to register, then you'll get quick access to extra details of your order; you'll be able to track deliveries, and see a full order history every time you come back to the site.

Adding your delivery details during checkout

During the quick checkout process, you'll be asked to provide the name and address of the person to whom you're sending the furniture (obviously in most cases this will be you!). Please note that if you are ordering an item for someone other than yourself (or to an address that is different to billing address of the card holder -eg this might be if you've just moved home) then please expect a phone call from us to double-confirm all the necessary details. This is a quick courtesy call to ensure that all the delivery details are correct, and that we have permission to call the recipient to arrange an appropriate delivery date - after all, we wouldn't want to spoil a surprise! 

Quick and Easy Payment

We accept a range of Credit / Debit Cards, as well as PayPal as payment on the Internet. When you proceed to the checkout, please add all payment details prompted for and click on the "Continue" button. Our site is safe and secure, protected by the most sophisticated security measures available online. We never store (or even see) your card or payment details; instead our payment processor (PayPal, one of the World's largest and safest payment providers) take care of all the necessary secure details and process your payment on our site.

Order Confirmation

If you have placed an order, a Confirmation screen will be displayed notifying you of your new order number and recipient details. It is recommended that you print this page and keep it in a safe place for future reference. We will also send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order, and if you've registered with us, you'll have easy access to past orders in the "Your Account" section of the site.

What happens behind the scenes......

Once your order is received we immediately get to work. We'll put aside your item for you, then plan the most appropriate delivery date for your order (which is based on both the item you ordered and the delivery location, but for in stock orders it's always within a MAXIMUM of 21 days). As soon as the next available route is planned to your area, our logistics team will contact you, quoting "JTC Trading Ltd" and then you can sit back and look forward to your new item of quality wooden furniture arriving at your door!
