1. Place your order

Once you've selected your products and added them to your basket, proceed to our fast checkout page. Here you can specify your contact details as well as billing and delivery (or shipping) addresses.

2. Secure Payment

We accept a range of Credit / Debit Cards, as well as PayPal as payment on the Internet. Our site is safe and secure, protected by the most sophisticated security measures available online. We never store (or even see) your card or payment details; instead our payment processor (PayPal, one of the World's largest and safest payment providers) take care of all the necessary secure details and process your payment on our site.

3. Low Cost, excellent delivery

Our policy is to provide an excellent delivery service at a low cost, and in the vast majority (99%) of orders we do just that. However, very occasionally need to add a surcharge to an order, generally if the destination area is one where we do not make many deliveries. You can see a map of the UK and where we have to add surcharges here.

4. Order Confirmation Email

Once you've placed your order, a Confirmation screen will be displayed notifying you of your new order number and recipient details. It is recommended that you print this page and keep it in a safe place for future reference. We will also send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order, and if you've registered with us, you'll have easy access to past orders in the "Your Account" section of the site.

5. What happens behind the scenes?

Once your order is received we immediately get to work. We'll put aside your item for you, then plan the most appropriate delivery date for your order (which is based on both the item you ordered and the delivery location, but for in stock orders it's always within a MAXIMUM of 21 days). As soon as the next available route is planned to your area, our logistics team will contact you, quoting "JTC Trading Ltd".

6. We deliver to your door

On the agreed delivery day, our logistics team will contact you an hour ahead of delivery and take the item into your home, to any ground floor room. You can sit back and enjoy your new item of quality wooden furniture arriving at your door!
