So how did it start? Having just moved house (back in 2004), we were in need of some great furniture to furnish our new home. We lost days and days trawling around the local (and not so local) furniture shops trying to buy a new TV cabinet and coffee table - nothing too fancy or gimmicky, but just good solid wooden pieces at a decent price. After eventually finding furniture that suited us we thought there must be a better way to make the process quicker and far more hassle free. So four years later, using our online and retail expertise, The Wooden Furniture Store was born. It turned out there were a lot of you out there who liked what we were doing and so we’ve been adding new ranges every year and are continuing on our quest - to make everyone #Houseproud.
