Our items are made to the highest standards and in the unlikely event that an item does develop a fault (through normal usage) then we will arrange for the item to be collected and replaced with a suitable replacement. We ask that you assess the state of your item on delivery; you will need to sign the delivery note that confirms you are happy to receive the item in the condition supplied. Things typically covered by warranty:
1. Defective parts or workmanship
2. Items damaged in transit.

Returns and Replacements
Returning an unused item. We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Wooden-Furniture-Store.co.uk. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day refund promise. If you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us and a full refund provided if it complies with our returns policy below
- Rushbury - This range is handmade to order and as a bespoke item, once ordered cannot be returned
- Burnell and Edgeworth - There is a collection and 15% restocking charge for these ranges. As this depends on the items ordered, please contact us in advance of ordering if you wish to have more information
- Curved, Vienna, San Fransisco - collection charge - must keep packaging and not assembled
- Hulstone, Searle - must keep packaging and a collection fee will apply.
- OBaby - the item must be returned in its original packaging and a collection fee will apply.
Conditions of Returns
If you wish to cancel an order you are welcome to return the item(s) to us within 14 working days from the day that you received the goods. Items will only be accepted if they are: 1. Unused. In the same good condition that they were delivered in (including all protective wrapping if applicable). If you do wish to return an item back to us, you will need to contact us by email first. Once we receive your email, we will reply back to you, giving you clear instructions on how and when the item will be collected. Any decisions regarding whether a refund is given, will be made by the Customer Services Manager and as such we will need to know in advance that you wish to return an item. Where appropriate, the cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, not in correct working order or missing from an order, (if not replaced like for like,) will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back. This complies with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You may be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation.
Item was Faulty or Damaged in some way
We will ask you to check every item that you receive from us before signing the delivery slip to confirm you are happy with your purchase. You must let us know within 48 hours of any fault with your purchased product. We will be more than happy to exchange any faulty items that you may receive from us within a reasonable amount of time; within 7 days of receiving the goods. In the unlikely event that you do happen to receive a faulty item, then please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange for the items to be sent back for exchange or refund. We may ask for photographs of the damaged item(s) before any replacement process is initiated. Please email Customer Services if any problems are found with your new purchase.
Incorrect item received
In the very unlikely event that an incorrect item has been sent or sent to the wrong address, please make the delivery driver aware and he will take the item back to the warehouse. We'll then contact you to make arrangements for the correct item to be delivered (delivery at our cost). Contact us as soon as you are aware of any issues and we will endeavour to swap the incorrect product that you received with the correct product you ordered as soon as possible.
