Add a special touch to place settings and create a place setting that’s undeniably Easter with a paper-strip nest. Take coloured paper and shred them into tiny strips (a paper shredder works well). Form the paper strips into a ball large and place an egg in the center of each ball, forming the strips into a nest around the egg. Let each guest know where they’re sitting with a pretty monogram sticker.

A simple trough display makes a big impact! Place little posies of flowers like tulips, daffodils or daisies in small pots or glasses (this makes it easier to add water), place in the wooden trough, then add some moss and two different colours of eggs. For a really simple finishing touch, write names on brown eggs with a black fine point marker.

Pastel colors are yummy and so are mini chocolate eggs and the two make a perfect combination in this sweet Easter centerpiece. Start with a wide mouth vase and place a smaller drinking glass in the centre, next gently stack mini eggs between the glass and jar and fill the glass with water. Cut the stems of your favorite flowers to the desired length and arrange them in the glass. Perfect!
