Home Furniture Delivery – A Customers Story

Wondering what happens once you’ve placed your furniture order? Mrs Jameson recently purchased a Mobel Oak TV Cabinet from the Wooden Furniture Store and was kind enough to send in her home furniture delivery story.

“I placed an order for a TV Cabinet on Friday evening. Straight away I received an email confirmation with my order number and Wooden Furniture Stores details.

The following Monday, I received a text message from Wooden Furniture Stores logistics company – Kinetic.  They offered to deliver my new furniture on Friday between 7am and 10am.  I sent a text back accepting this delivery slot and later that day I received another text confirming all the details again.

On the morning of the delivery, the driver called me at 8am saying that he would be at my house in the next hour. The driver (Tony, who was extremely helpful and polite) arrived and unloaded my furniture.  It was packed in heavy duty cardboard and he used a trolley to bring to it my front door.

Before bringing in the furniture, Tony protected my floor with blankets and took the box into my living room. 

The TV cabinet and coat rack (that I’d also ordered) were very well packaged and protected.

Tony asked me to sign for the delivery and then gave me information from the Wooden Furniture Store on how to look after the furniture with a delivery note in case I had any queries, and inside the package was a one page care guide as well – very helpful.

 

I unboxed my new TV cabinet and was delighted with my new furniture – it looks great. I will definitely be using the Wooden Furniture Store again!”
